Connecting your chessboard via USB to Chessconnect is a fairly simple process. As with Bluetooth™ Chessconnect needs to reestablish the USB connection whenever a new page loaded (read: „frequently“). But this works well and you are very likely not even going to notice it.

The only thing to be aware of is that there a two different connection methods based on USB that Chessconnect can use to talk to your board. To ensure that the correct one is used, refer to supported boards section to find out, which method is to be used for your board. Then choose this method in the Chessconnect options.
